What's On In May 2022?
Greetings from Kairos Performance Learning.
Allow us to share with you the following learning events in May 2022.
Today's workplace demands us to solve problems and make decisions quickly and accurately. We become unable to respond fast enough to these demands from our stakeholders and feel overwhelmed.
Moreover, the Yankelovich 1995 study on “Problem Solving and Decision Making" found that 80% felt executives missed achieving their objectives when making decisions. In problem solving, only half the executives felt secure to ask the right questions to find the root cause of a problem.
To help you overcome the overwhelming demands placed on you and the continuing stress you are experiencing, Kairos Performance Learning brings to you a specially designed Problem Solving and Decision Making Workshop based on recent research in thinking.

Coaching takes a lot of your time as a manager or supervisor. This is a myth about coaching. With the right approach, coaching can even lighten your workload, allowing you to get more done through others, rather than taking over the efforts yourself. The Heart of Coaching is about collegial coaching, not just coaching up and down in the organization hierarchy. It is coaching horizontally across the organization. Huge benefits accrue to organizations where up-down-sideways coaching becomes a cultural norm and a true “coaching culture.” Learn from Dr. Khoo Cheok Kau who is the Master Coach for the Heart of Coaching, personally certified by Thomas Crane who is the author of the book, The Heart of Coaching. Dr. Khoo has trained others in Asia Pacific region to be coaches and also to conduct the Heart of Coaching for multi-national organizations.

This 2-day Whole Brain® Thinking uses the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) to enable leaders to understand the collective thinking preferences of all or a subset of team members and make a determined effort to seek out perspectives that may be lacking internally. Over 75% of Fortune 500 companies have used HBDI in the last 5 years, and 93% of the top 100. The HBDI is a highly validated instrument and tool which measures thinking preferences of individuals, teams, and organizations. The HBDI® is a powerful psycho-neurometric assessment that defines and describes the way you think and process information. It gives you insight into why you value certain types of information over others. Every day, effective and successful leaders are proving Ned Herrmann’s conviction: with better thinking comes better results.
Workshop Information: Workshop: Becoming A Whole Brain Leader with HBDI (SBL Khas Claimable) Dates: May 30-31, 2022
